Your privacy is of great importance to Fomats. We therefore comply with the privacy legislation. This means that your data is safe with us and that we handle it with care. This privacy statement sets out, among other things, what we do with information which concerns you.

Contact form

You can ask us questions using the contact form. For this we use your telephone number, email address and name and address details. We do so on the basis of your permission. We store this information until we are certain that you are satisfied with our response and for six months afterwards. This way we can easily check the information for any follow-up questions. This way we can also train our customer service to improve even more.

Provision to other companies or institutions

We do not provide your data to other companies or institutions, except if this is necessary to answer your request for contact or if we are required to do so by law. We have a processing agreement with parties who process personal information for us. We ensure that your data is processed safely. With parties who work from countries outside of the EEA, for which no adequacy decision applies, we conclude standard contract provisions as set out by the European Commission.

Statistics

We keep track of statistics about the use of this website. With these statistics we improve our website to, for example, only show relevant information.

Submit complaint

If you believe that we are not helping you correctly, then you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.
